I am very satisfied with Apex Auto service. They did in 30 minutes what the previous shop could not do in 1 week. I had taken my car to another workshop because of a sound when accelerating, they told me that the car had nothing, that the sound was too light and therefore of little importance, they made me believe that I was exaggerating and nothing was wrong. When the noise was getting worst and we saw a leak we decided to take it to Apex, they diagnosed a broken radiator and found that the reason for the noise came from the transmission. The customer service is very good, the facilities are comfortable and I liked that he asked us to drive with him so that he could hear the sound (something that the previous shop did not mind doing), I was also pleased that he took the time to explain and show us in detail everything that is wrong with the car. In my opinion and experience this is a good place to take your car and avoid wrong diagnoses and lost money and time.

Came on here to update my review now that I have had more work done to my vehicle: My vehicle needed some work done to my front wheel assembly due to a previous accident before I owned the car. Ryan and the Apex Auto Service team went above and beyond, and even a tier above that to get my vehicle fixed swiftly and at a very reasonable price. They worked with me and my budget while also prioritizing my safety on the road. On top of that, very swift and knowledgeable responses to questions and scheduling. They are very trustworthy, transparent, and honest, and just all around great people and they made me feel really comfortable in our interactions. I hope I won't have extensive problems with my vehicle to make it need repairs, but if I ever need tune-ups of any kind, I will definitely come here every single time. Thank you Ryan and team for quite literally everything. On a personal note, the car is driving so much better and I cried tears of joy on the way home :) I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Was having issues with my air ride on my ram 1500. Had them swap it with coil overs while giving it a little lift and level. Truck looks great and drives and handles great. Awesome customer service couldn’t be happier found my new shop for me and my wife’s vehicles.

Had to take my car in for servicing, and they got the job done in one day, finding the problem and walking me through it the whole way. Extremely great costumer service, though somewhat pricey. Highly recommend regardless!

After two people recommended this place to me I called and made an appointment. I had to have my car towed to them in the afternoon right before they are off work so the next day I was informed my car needed a new alternator and possibly a new battery.. I gave the go ahead for them to fix it the next day I was told it was done and they had great news. My battery was able to be recharged and there was no need for a new one. I was able to pick my car up that afternoon and it was a wonderful experience to be cared about so much. They understand the need to get a car back up and running for their customers, I definitely will use this company now for any of my car needs and you should too. The owner. Ryan was fabulous and so was his Mechanics well done thanks for being fast as lightning and repairing my vehicle and getting it back on the road for me. Bobbi D

Better than the last mechanic I was going to. Great customer service and better experience with the whole service and truck repair. I’ve had my truck serviced here and have had repairs done as well. One thing I can say is that this company should be the number 1 go-to shop here in Anchorage. The mechanics and the owner makes sure you get your money’s worth when you’re automobile is done. They explain everything to your understanding when your vehicle is completed. Make sure your next shop visit is at this shop! I’m a very picky person and I can say that I’m one satisfied customer with the quality work they put into each repair they do. If they had more stars I would give them every star cause they deserve all of them. Thank you APEX for all you done and continue doing to keep my truck running amazing. I had my breaks done recently and man I was lucky to have gone to APEX. Just took a few pictures and if you need quality work done on you car truck or suv bring it to this shop and Ryan will take care of all your vehicles need.

They were transparent with the cost and what is needed to make sure that the vehicle was in a safe condition. They always use high quality parts, when choosing parts. I am recommending them to my friends.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service at Apex Auto! I recently took my car to Apex Auto for what I thought was just a broken pipe, but Ryan and the team went above and beyond. They not only fixed the pipe but also addressed several other leaks I didn’t even know I had. On top of that, they discovered the cause of an idling issue I’d been dealing with—it turned out to be a problem with the crankshaft. They repaired it, test drove the car, and made sure all the issues were completely resolved. Even though I brought the car in later than planned, they worked me into their schedule and finished the repairs ahead of time. Ryan was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He explained everything clearly and gave me a fair and transparent price for all the work they did. Now my car runs like it’s brand new! If you’re looking for a shop that combines expertise, excellent customer service, and fair pricing, Apex Auto is the place to go. Huge thanks to Ryan and the team for their thorough work and for making the entire process stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs!

Best auto repair shop in Anchorage! Very knowledgeable, honest & helpful. Highly recommend them! They will even show you the parts they replaced which is so neat. They fixed my Ram truck & it now drives amazing 🙌🏻

This was by far the best car service experience I’ve had in Anchorage! Since it’s a small city, there aren’t a lot of great options for car repairs, but these guys really stood out. They responded quickly and had my car fixed the very next day. What impressed me most was their honesty and transparency — they sent pictures of the issue and even showed me the damage in person. It made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Ryan was amazing! He’s very detailed, knowledgeable, and offers fair pricing. After dealing with a few not-so-great shops in the past that overcharge, finding a place like this is such a relief. Highly recommend them to family and friends for any car repair needs! 🚗💯
